This option extends the frequency range of the 500 kHz MFLI Lock-in Amplifier and of the 500 kHz MFIA Impedance Analyzer to 5 MHz. The upgrade relies on a software key, and the installation can also take place at a later point in time. The upgrade is independent from the set of installed options and does not affect the other specifications.
