The MF-IA is an upgrade option for the MFLI Lock-in Amplifier. It provides full digital impedance analyzer and precision LCR meter functionality in the frequency range from 1 mHz to 500 kHz / 5 MHz. With the MF-IA option , impedances can be measured with 0.05% basic accuracy over a measurement range spanning from 1 mΩ to 1 TΩ.

MF-IA upgrade and compatibility
- All MFLI instruments with a serial number higher than DEV3200 are field-upgradeable. Customers with earlier versions are kindly requested to get in touch with our customer support.
