The Modulation Analysis Option facilitates phase-coherent analysis of modulated signals at both sideband and carrier frequencies powered by lock-in detection. It enables the generation of sideband frequencies and drives various analog modulation schemes, including amplitude modulation (AM) and frequency modulation (FM), within the GHz frequency range.
Moreover, it unlocks the potential for frequency mixing beyond typical modulation schemes, paving the way for the implementation of heterodyne and parametric schemes. All of this can be conveniently set up in the LabOne® user interface.
