Lo strumento MFIA di Zurich Instruments è un analizzatore di impedenza digitale e un misuratore LCR di precisione che stabilisce il nuovo standard per le misure di impedenza nella gamma di frequenza da 1 mHz a 500 kHz (con possibilità di estensione fino a 5 MHz).
