This option extends the frequency range of VHFLI Very High Frequency Lock-in Amplifier from 50 MHz to 200 MHz. The upgrade relies on a software key, and the installation can also take place at a later point in time. The upgrade is independent of the set of installed options and does not affect the other specifications.
