Zurich Instruments HF2LI는 DC와 50MHz 사이의 주파수 범위를 포괄하는 디지털 락인앰플리파이어(잠금증폭기)입니다. 자이로 스코프(gyroscopes)와 같은 MEMS 장치의 특성화 및 미세 유체(microfluidics) 영역의 측정을 위해 선택되는 기기(장비)입니다.
